Troy Wills

Troy Wills is an experienced plant manager in the seafood industry, currently serving in this role at OBI Seafoods, LLC since January 2021, after previously holding the position of Assistant Plant Manager. Prior to joining OBI Seafoods, Troy was involved with Ocean Beauty Seafoods, where the role of Alaska Operations was held from May 2018 to April 2023, and earlier served as Assistant Plant Manager at Pacific Seafood from December 2016 to April 2018. Troy's extensive experience at Ocean Beauty Seafoods from April 2003 to September 2016 included work as a Retort Operator and in Boiler Maintenance. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science from Portland State University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
