David Hwang

David Hwang began their work experience in 1991 as a Product Manager at Samsung Electronics, a position they held until 1999. In 1999, they joined Ericsson as the Head of New Business Development, a role they held until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, Hwang worked at Openwave as the Country Manager. In 2002, they joined Obigo (a business unit of Teleca) as the General Manager for Korea, and held that position until 2008. In the same year, Hwang founded Obigo and became its CEO.

David Hwang earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University in 1989. David then went on to complete their Master's Degree in R&D management at the same university from 1989 to 1991.
