Esteban Arroyo

Esteban Arroyo is the IT Talent Acquisition Manager for Latin America. He leads OTSI’s Talent Acquisition LATAM Team driving the development and implementation of recruiting strategies for the organization in partnership with the business commercial area. He joined OTSI in 2021.

Esteban has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He is an IT Talent Acquisition and Headhunter expert, who has 8+ years of experience involved in the IT Recruitment business, bringing all his knowledge and expertise to OTSI. He also worked in retail and recruitment agencies.
