Abdelrahman Bahi

Abdelrahman Bahi is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in collections, recovery, customer service, and operations management within the banking and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Collections at Object 1, they have built the department from the ground up, establishing KPIs and integrating digital workflows. Throughout their career, they have recovered more than AED 15 billion in receivables, employing effective team management and strategic recovery plans. Previously, Bahi held leadership roles at Azizi Developments and Emirates Islamic Bank, focusing on improving client retention and compliance. They hold a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Cairo University.
