J.J. Stakem has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. J.J. began their career as a Loan Officer at Chase Manhattan Corporation, where they developed and managed a $24 million annual outside sales pipeline in the residential mortgage loan market.

J.J. then transitioned to the military, serving in the United States Marine Corps. During their time in the Marines, they held various roles, including Logistics Officer, Maintenance Officer/CH-46E Pilot, and Future Operations Officer/CH-46E Weapons and Tactics Instructor. In these positions, they coordinated and led logistical operations, managed aviation equipment, and taught advanced aviation tactics. J.J. also played a crucial role in streamlining operational plans and advising on tactical mission considerations.

After leaving the military, J.J. Stakem worked as a Senior Consultant at Solute Consulting, where they designed and delivered training programs on Knowledge Management and Information Management for a Department of Defense (DoD) client.

J.J. then became the Operations Manager at RE/MAX Select Properties Inc, where they supervised the procurement, development, and implementation of an enterprise-wide IT collaborative platform. Following this, J.J. Stakem joined DynCorp International as a CH-46E Helicopter Standardization Pilot. J.J. maintained and supervised standardization and training programs for over 40 aircrew and conducted academic and hands-on training and evaluations.

Prior to their current position, J.J. Stakem worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Evans Incorporated, where they provided expertise in business analysis.

Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Objective Area Solutions, where they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's activities and strategy. J.J. leverages their diverse background in government and private sector positions in aviation, banking, and consulting to drive company activities and engagement.
