Eric Russell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Eric currently works as a Software Development Project Manager at Objective, where they manage multiple complex projects from kickoff to launch. Prior to their current role, Eric worked at GE Healthcare for many years. Eric started as a Production Associate and gradually moved up the ladder, taking on roles such as Internal Auditor, Product Recall Project Manager, and Process Engineer. In their various roles, Eric collaborated with customers and business leaders, managed project backlogs and resource constraints, facilitated team meetings, and promoted Agile mindset and practices. Eric successfully implemented digital tools and redesigned workflows to improve user experience, reduce cycle-time, and increase process capacity.

Before joining GE Healthcare, Eric worked at Micron Technology, starting as a Technical Support Specialist and progressing to roles such as Process Technician, Production Operator, and eventually a Production Lead & Trainer.

Eric Russell obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. In 2018, they also earned the certification of PSM I (Professional Scrum Master) from Scrum.org.
