Senior Technical Sourcer at Objective Paradigm

Boris Baev has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Boris began their career in 2006 as a Solo and Principal Oboe player for The New Haifa Symphony Orchestra. Boris also worked as an Oboe Teacher and Chamber Music Coach at several conservatories during this time. In 2012, they established the Boris Baev Oboe Studio, where they served as a Teacher, Educator, and Coach.

In 2013, Boris became a Substitute Oboe/English Horn player for The Phantom of the Opera, and in 2014, they took on the same role for Broadway productions such as My Fair Lady, Carousel, The King and I, On the Town, and A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder.

Boris's musical career continued with roles as a Substitute Oboe/English Horn player for the Orchestra of St. Lukes, American Ballet Theatre, American Symphony Orchestra, and Westchester Phil. Boris also served as a Woodwind Coach at Brooklyn College from 2017 to 2019.

In 2017, Boris expanded their career into the field of education, joining Adelphi University as a Teaching Faculty member. Boris also served as a Substitute Principal and Section Oboe/English Horn player for the ALBANY SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA FOUNDATION from 2017 onwards.

Most recently, Boris joined Objective Paradigm in 2021, initially as a Technical Sourcer and later as a Senior Technical Sourcer. Objective Paradigm specializes in customized tech recruiting solutions, particularly for fintech companies and financial trading firms.
