Dave Hageman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in media, technology, and political campaigns. As the Founder and Partner of Objective Media since January 2020, Dave Hageman has led initiatives that leverage innovative data, technology, and digital strategies to help clients achieve their advertising goals. Additionally, as Co-Founder of VictoryXR since 2017, Dave Hageman has been instrumental in advancing virtual reality solutions for agriculture, education, and corporate training. Earlier roles include serving as Chief Executive Officer and Partner at Victory Enterprises, Missouri State Director for John McCain's 2008 campaign, and Executive Director of the Missouri House Republican Campaign Committee, where Dave Hageman played a key role in securing a historic number of legislative seats. Dave Hageman holds a degree in Business Administration from Lincoln University in Missouri.
