Sergey Makarevich

Sergey Makarevich has extensive work experience in the field of DevOps and IT management. Sergey is currently working as a DevOps Lead/Manager at ObjectStyle since 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Lead Administrator/DevOps at IDFinance from 2016 to 2018, leading a team that worked with infrastructure in AWS and private clouds. Sergey implemented a configuration management system and adjusted Jenkins pipelines for software development life cycle. From 2015 to 2016, Sergey worked as a DevOps Engineer at EPAM Systems, where they developed, configured, and supported Jenkins jobs and managed slave mac nodes. Before that, they worked as the Head of IT department at ARTOX from 2012 to 2015, and as a Systems Integration and Software Development Specialist at Belhard from 2009 to 2012.

Sergey Makarevich earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer system and networks from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 2004 to 2010. Sergey then pursued a Master's degree in Image recognition from the same university from 2010 to 2012. Sergey also holds additional certifications in IT Projects Management, Devo Certified Platform User, Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, English Upper-Intermediate language level (B2), and VMware Certified Associate in Cloud, Data Center Virtualization, and Workforce Mobility.
