Francesca Forino

Francesca Forino is currently the HR Country Manager for Italy at Objectway, where they lead human resources functions. Prior to this role, Francesca was a Human Resources Manager at OTS SpA from 2008 to 2022, overseeing recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and HR policy improvement. They also gained experience in recruitment and training processes while working at Johnson & Johnson in 2008 and as a recruiter at Solvers Executive Search from 2007 to 2008. Francesca has a background in clinical psychology, having worked as a Clinical Psychologist at ARP Milano from 2004 to 2008, and is pursuing a degree in Psychology at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
