Jose Carlos Giral Castillo

Jose Carlos Giral Castillo possesses extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, having held various leadership roles since 2002. Currently serving as the Responsible for Recruitment in Navarra and the Basque Country at Obras Especiales, a position held since September 2015, Jose Carlos previously worked at Iruña Grupo as the Responsible for Recruitment and at Iruña Construcción as Head of Technical Studies Department and Responsible for Technical Office.
