Konstantia Barmpatsalou

Konstantia Barmpatsalou is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity, currently serving as the Blue Team Support Team Leader at Obrela Security Industries since October 2018, focusing on SIEM and XDR detection engineering management, threat intelligence, and advanced investigation support. Additionally, Konstantia is an invited lecturer at the University of the Aegean and has held positions as a research fellow and associate in various projects related to security engineering and data analysis. With an extensive educational background, including a PhD in Information Sciences and Technology and multiple master's degrees in related fields, Konstantia has developed a strong foundation in security methodologies, forensic investigation, and incident response. Previous experience also includes web design and programming roles, alongside private tutoring in mathematics and biology.
