Haitham Sarsam has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Haitham Sarsam is currently the Vice President of Construction at O'Brien Construction, where they have been working since 2019. Prior to this, they held various roles at O'Brien Construction, including Vice President of Preconstruction & Director of Construction Projects and Director of Projects & Director of Quality.

Before joining O'Brien Construction, Haitham worked as an Adjunct Professor at Lawrence Technological University starting from 2013. In this role, they taught courses on Construction Quality Management and Construction Project Management.

Haitham Sarsam MCEM, DBIA, LEED AP received their Master in Construction Engineering Management (MCEM) from Lawrence Technological University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science in Building and Construction Engineering (BSCE) from the University of Technology from 1990 to 1994.
