Nigel Woolley

Nigel Woolley is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Most recently, Nigel served as CFO at O'Brien Glass Industries from May 2013 to May 2024, where significant improvements were realized, transforming the company from a loss to record profits and leading major change projects, including ERP implementations and M&A initiatives. Previously, Nigel held key positions at JELD-WEN, Stegbar, and The Rugby Group, focusing on operational performance, profitability enhancement, and strategic restructuring across various manufacturing sectors. Nigel began the career in audit with firms such as KPMG and Neville Russell, after earning a BA (Hons) in Economics, Accounting, and Financial Management from The University of Sheffield. Since retiring in June 2024, Nigel has dedicated time to supporting individuals and non-profit organizations.
