Richard Bailey

Richard Bailey's work experience spans several companies and roles. Richard began their career at Serco as a Programme Lead for Global Finance Transformation. Richard then joined Coty as a Transformation Program Manager, where they played a key role in a Global Post-Merger Integration project. After that, Richard joined United Outcomes as a Lead Consultant, managing a central Project Management Office for a large Water Utility company. Richard later worked at Russam as an Associate Director, focusing on strategic growth and innovation, as well as developing talent platform solutions for clients. Richard also co-founded Abantu Impact Foundation, a non-profit organization. Currently, they hold several roles including Associate Coach at CORE Leaders International, Co-Founder at FluidTalent, and Strategic Talent Innovation at TalentPools. Most recently, Richard is a Brand Ambassador at OBRIZUM. At their most recent position at Centric Global, they serve as the Managing Director and Senior Management Consultant, working with clients in various sectors including technology, public sector, BPO, waste management, and utilities. Richard is involved in providing strategic advisory and business development services in areas such as talent, social media, CRM/marketing automation, and AI project audits.

Richard Bailey attended the University of Reading from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in History. Following this, they continued their education at the University of Reading from 2004 to 2007, obtaining a Master of Science degree in International Development.
