O'Bryan, Brown & Toner, PLLC

O'Bryan, Brown & Toner, PLLC, was founded on the premise that we would offer our clients quality legal services in a manner consistent with the highest ethical standards. We practice in both the State and Federal Courts throughout Kentucky and Indiana. In the 'large firm' versus 'small firm' debate, we have proven we are able to combine the best of both worlds for our clients: the individual attention, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness of a small firm with the innovation and recognized proficiency of a large firm. Our dedication, knowledge, and experience enable us to represent our clients with alacrity, whether in court or at the negotiation table. If there is a distinction (as we often hear) between a litigator and a trial lawyer, we are trial lawyers, dedicated to the defense of tort claims. Our practice includes but is not limited to the following types of claims: Medical Malpractice, Professional Negligence, Product Liability, Premises Liability, Motor Vehicle Negligence, Workers' Compensation, and Federal and State Appeals. In the recent past, we have successfully represented nationally renowned physicians, hospitals, product manufacturers, government bodies, individual home and motor vehicle owners, local and national businesses, and numerous insurance companies in need of conflict resolution.
