Nicholas John Davis

O'Bryan, Brown & Toner, PLLC, was founded on the premise that we would offer our clients quality legal services in a manner consistent with the highest ethical standards. We practice in both the State and Federal Courts throughout Kentucky and Indiana. In the 'large firm'​ versus 'small firm'​ debate, we have proven we are able to combine the best of both worlds for our clients: the individual attention, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness of a small firm with the innovation and recognized proficiency of a large firm. If there is a distinction (as we often hear) between a litigator and a trial lawyer, we are trial lawyers, dedicated to the defense of tort claims.
