Ryan Murphy has a strong background in sales and account management. Ryan started their career as a Team Sales Coach at Road Runner Sports in 2009. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Key Account Manager at COMDOC. After that, they joined TeamDynamix as an Enterprise Account Executive, where they focused on selling ITSM and PPM software to higher education institutions. In 2015, Ryan became an Account Executive at MRI Software, specializing in property management and accounting software for the real estate industry. Ryan then joined Pegasystems in 2017 as an Account Executive, serving corporate markets and helping customers enhance their sales, marketing, and service operations. In 2019, Ryan moved on to AppZen as an Enterprise Account Executive, utilizing AI technology to provide expense report auditing solutions. Currently, they serve as a Regional Sales Director at Observe.AI, an intelligent workforce platform that optimizes agent performance and automates processes in contact centers.
Ryan Murphy attended Walsh Jesuit High School from 1995 to 1999. Ryan then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters at The Ohio State University, which they completed from 2000 to 2005. In 2015, Ryan briefly attended Yale University, focusing on Business/Commerce, General, but did not obtain a degree. Ryan also holds certifications in ITIL and PMP from ITIL Certified.
