Clint Eagar

Clint Eagar has over 20 years of work experience. Clint started their career in 1995 as a Paint Department Manager at Ace Hardware. In 2000, they joined the University of Utah as a Computer Professional where they designed network infrastructure and trouble-shot network connectivity challenges, server administration, and end-user support. In 2004, they became a Personal Financial Representative at Allstate Financial. In 2007, they co-founded HugaMonkey, a company specializing in funky, fashionable and affordable baby slings. Clint also worked as a Business Consultant at Omniture and a Senior SEO Analyst / Team Trainer at OrangeSoda. In 2008, they were promoted to SEO Enterprise Team Manager at OrangeSoda and in 2010, they joined ObservePoint as Sr. Technical Product Owner. At ObservePoint, they were responsible for the technical, analytical, and operational aspects of the product team. Clint also worked as an Engineering Project Manager / QA Manager and Corporate Data Governance Lead. In their final role at ObservePoint, they served as Director of Customer Success & Product, managing all customer accounts and maintaining a 95% retention year over year.

Clint Eagar obtained their BS in Anthropology from the University of Utah between 2000 and 2003. Prior to that, they obtained an AS in Chemistry and Mathematics from Dixie State University between 1995 and 1999. In August 2014, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
