Garrett Lynch has been working in the tech industry since 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Client Support Associate at Taskstream-Tk20, providing frontline technical support to end users via phone/email and training new associates on providing technical support. Garrett also compiled department activity metrics for monthly executive team read outs. In 2017, they joined Watermark as an Account Manager/Client Success Manager, where they retained, renewed, and grew a multi-million dollar account list of higher-ed SaaS clients across a multi-state territory. Garrett also built trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders to foster adoption, expansion, and advocacy of Watermark Products. In 2021, they joined SkyHive as a Customer Success Manager.
