Sahil Verma

Sahil Verma has a diverse background in DevOps engineering. Sahil most recently worked at Obsess, where they deployed and maintained large-scale cloud infrastructure for a metaverse platform. Sahil implemented infrastructure-as-code concepts and assisted with cloud cost optimizations. Prior to Obsess, Sahil worked at Braze as a DevOps Engineer, where they deployed cloud infrastructure using Terraform and utilized configuration management tools like Chef. Sahil also developed automation scripts for CI/CD processes. Before Braze, Sahil was an AWS Analyst/DevOps Engineer at Sony Music Entertainment. In this role, they implemented CI/CD pipelines, integrated various tools such as Maven, Gitlab, Tomcat, Wildfly, and Nexus with Jenkins, and containerized pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.

Sahil Verma has a strong educational background in the field of computer science and engineering. Sahil obtained their Master's Degree in Computer Science from New York University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Chitkara University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Sahil Verma has also acquired certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS) including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, which they obtained in February 2020, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, which they obtained in June 2023.
