Jan Liebregts

Jan Liebregts has extensive experience in the event management industry, serving as a Partner and Managing Director at Obsession since August 2006, where the focus is on creating, organizing, and producing events for corporate clients and the public sector. Additionally, Jan has held roles as Co-owner of GMI Groep since January 2015, which encompasses multiple event and communication agencies, and Co-founder of Squares, specializing in custom online event platforms since June 2020. Prior experience includes a project management role that involved combining separate event labels into Obsession in 2014, and earlier work as an Assistant Hotel Manager at Bastion DeLuxe Hotel. Jan completed a Bachelor of Hotel and Business Administration at Hotelschool The Hague from 2001 to 2005 and served as a board member for the Independent Dutch Event Association from May 2018 to January 2022.
