Natalie Redda is a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Advisor at OBSIDI By BPTN since November 2021, specializing in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Previously, Natalie served as a Diversity, Equity, & Belonging Trainer and Engagement Lead at The University of British Columbia, where responsibilities included developing a long-term DEI strategy for the Vancouver School of Economics’ Career Centre. Additional experience includes roles as a Researcher at Pivot Canada and a Research Assistant for DEI at Wilfrid Laurier University. Notable achievements include coordinating the "Beating the Odds" conference, which successfully expanded attendance significantly. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
