Andrew Erickson

Concept Artist at Obsidian Entertainment

Andrew Erickson has a diverse work experience in the field of art and design. Andrew started their career in 2017 at Vueality as an Art Director and continued in that role until 2018. In 2018, they worked as an Art Director at DMAI, where they focused on art direction and concept art for learning games. That same year, they also started teaching Character Design at California State University-Long Beach and Concept Art at Brainstorm School. Andrew continued teaching at Brainstorm School until 2019 and at Laguna College of Art and Design from 2020 to 2021, where they taught Concept Art. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Artist at Endless Entertainment. Andrew joined Obsidian Entertainment as a Concept Artist in 2020 and is currently working there. In 2021, they also joined 9B Collective as a Character Designer and was involved in teaching Character Design at Brainstorm School from 2021 to 2022.

Andrew Erickson earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Game Art from Laguna College of Art and Design, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Fine Arts and Humanities from Mt. San Antonio College, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they attended the Concept Design Academy, although the specific dates and degree obtained from there are unknown.
