James Agay

James Agay has extensive experience in the gaming industry, with their most recent role as the Lead Area Designer at Obsidian Entertainment starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal Designer at Sega of America, Inc. from January 2022 to March 2022. From January 2018 to January 2022, James served as the Campaign Lead for Age of Empires 4 at Relic Entertainment, where they also held the position of Senior Designer from January 2017 to January 2022. Before joining Relic Entertainment, James worked at United Front Games as both a Designer and Living World Lead Designer from January 2009 to October 2016. James then served as a Senior Game Designer at Electronic Arts from September 2004 to January 2009, and prior to that, they worked as a Designer at Electronic Arts, Los Angeles in 2003. James began their career in the gaming industry as a Designer at Volition Inc. in May 1999 and continued in that role until August 2003.

James Agay attended McMaster University but did not complete a degree. James then went on to study at York University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
