Robert Lo

Robert Lo has extensive experience in the gaming industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Robert is currently working as the Lead Narrative Designer at Obsidian Entertainment since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Narrative Designer & Writer at Sledgehammer Games from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2020, they held the position of Principal Narrative Designer & Writer at 2K.

Before their time at 2K, Robert worked at Riot Games for seven years, starting in 2012. During their tenure, they took on various roles including Associate Creative Lead, Writer / Narrative Designer, and Showrunner / Senior Content Specialist. Robert co-wrote and produced several animated shorts in collaboration with top animation studios, showcasing the stories of League of Legends players. Additionally, they partnered with animation studios such as Sun Creature and P.A.

Prior to Riot Games, Robert co-founded Killspace Entertainment and served as the Creative Director from 2009 to 2011. Robert also worked at Pandemic Studios as a Designer / Writer from 2001 to 2006.

Robert Lo has a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Screenwriting, which they obtained from the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Emory University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing.
