Mark T.

Mark T. is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Area Director of Operations at Obsidian Group Inc. since July 2023, focusing on supporting franchisees and brands through a servant leadership approach. Prior to this role, Mark held various managerial positions, including General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings from September 2022 to March 2023 and Multi Unit General Manager at True North Cannabis Co. from January 2021 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Mercer Kitchen + Beer Hall from October 2018 to February 2020. Mark holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Western University and a Red Seal Certificate in Culinary Arts from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
