David Aubuchon

David Aubuchon is Obsidian’s SVP of Finance, responsible for financial operations of the Company. Mr. Aubuchon joined Obsidian with more than 25 years of experience in finance leadership roles, primarily in life sciences industry. Prior to Obsidian Mr. Aubuchon served as VP, Head of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Sigilon Therapeutics, Inc. where he was responsible for all finance and accounting functions. Prior to that Mr. Aubuchon had senior finance positions with Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, Ocata Therapeutics and Sepracor Pharmaceuticals (now Sunovion Pharmaceuticals). Mr. Aubuchon began his career at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and earned his CPA in Massachusetts. Mr. Aubuchon holds a BA from University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and an MBA from Babson College.
