Hale Erdem

Hale Erdem is an accomplished Customer Success Director at OBSS, contributing to strategic decisions, supporting global expansion efforts, and focusing on customer satisfaction and retention, while mentoring young software developers. Prior experience includes roles at Turkish Aerospace as Chief of IT Governance and IT Governance Team Leader, where responsibilities spanned IT-business alignment, risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity. Hale began as an Information Support Specialist at Hugo Boss and holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Middle East Technical University, complemented by additional executive education from Harvard Business School.
