Michael Birchvald Halvorsen

Michael Birchvald Halvorsen has extensive experience in financial management and business controlling, currently serving as a Specialist, Commercial Manager at Obton since August 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held a Business Controller position at Frode Laursen A/S from August 2013 to August 2021, where responsibilities included controlling international departments and managing invoicing. Michael began professional training in business controlling and finance as an elevation student at Frode Laursen A/S, and also gained early customer service experience at Dansk Supermarked Group as a sales assistant. Academically, Michael is pursuing the Den erhvervsøkonomiske diplomuddannelse (HD-B, del 2) at Aarhus University, building on a solid foundation with earlier degrees in business economics and finance from Aarhus University and Aarhus Business College, along with a secondary education focused on Mathematics and Biotechnology from Marselisborg Gymnasium.
