Teresa Conde Muñoz

Teresa Conde Muñoz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Teresa began their career as a Travel Consultant at Ricettivo Italia in 2003 before joining the Court of Justice of the European Union as a Legal Assistant in 2006. In 2008, they became a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Fiducia General Services Sàrl and then moved on to become a Manager in the Legal and Corporate Department at Trident Trust Company (Luxembourg) S.A. in 2011. In 2015, Teresa founded Inversiones.dk, a platform aimed at providing practical information to foreign investors interested in Denmark. Teresa worked as the Founder until 2018. From 2016 to 2019, Teresa served as a Transaction Specialist at Obton, the largest Scandinavian provider of solar energy investment opportunities and developer of solar PV projects in Europe and abroad. Teresa then progressed to the role of Transaction Manager (M&A & Finance) at Obton from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Teresa is serving as the Legal Director (M&A and Finance) at Obton, where they are responsible for legal matters related to mergers and acquisitions and finance.

Teresa Conde Muñoz completed their Project Management Expert (Galileo Master Certificate) degree in Project Management, Renewable Energy Management & Finance, and Solar Photovoltaic at the Renewable Energy Institute in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in European Legal Studies from the University of Nancy 2, and a Master's degree in Law from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. in 2009 and 2006, respectively. Prior to their master's degrees, Teresa also achieved a DELF degree in French language from the Official Language School of Luxemburg in 1997.
