Gabor Nyul

Gabor Nyul is a seasoned professional in cost management and project supervision with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Manager at ÓBUDA Group since August 2023, Gabor previously held the position of Procurement Manager at VGP, where responsibilities included leading procurement teams and establishing budgeting systems for substantial logistics park projects in Hungary. Gabor's expertise encompasses various roles such as Senior Project and Cost Manager at MODRA Engineering and Sentient Consultants, handling cost management, contract management, and value engineering for diverse projects, including hotels and student accommodations. Earlier career highlights include leading cost and contract management for large-scale developments at AFI Europe Romania and coordinating technical supervision during significant construction projects. Gabor holds a Master of Science in Architecture from Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
