Eric Myrick has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and personnel policy. Eric started their career in 2006 as a Human Resources Advisor in the U.S. Army, where they served in a combat environment and developed HR management policies for the Iraqi Ministry of Defense. Eric then moved on to work as a Senior Human Resources Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, where they provided HR functions for over 500 personnel and managed assignments and replacements for 108 full-time military personnel. In 2008, Eric became an HR Manpower Policy Officer in the Army Reserve, overseeing the promotion and advancement of over 15,000 personnel and implementing programs to increase promotion rates and improve training opportunities. Eric also served as a Battalion Commander in the U.S. Army Reserve, leading a district responsible for recruiting and reenlisting military and civilian personnel. Furthermore, Eric worked as a Personnel Policy Analyst in the U.S. Army, developing recruiting goals and strategies and providing briefings and correspondence to Army senior leaders. Eric'smost recent position was as a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst at OBXtek, where they utilized their expertise in acquisitions.

Eric Myrick has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbia Southern University. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Time Management: Working from Home from LinkedIn in April 2020.
