Keri Hester

Senior Acquisition Analyst at OBXtek

Keri Hester has a diverse background in finance and program management. Keri most recently worked as a Senior Acquisition Analyst at OBXtek, supporting the Air Force with budget preparation and defense of IT programs. Prior to that, they held the position of Program Manager and Senior Resource Analyst at Amyx, Inc., where they provided overall task management and supported senior leaders with IT budget resource topics.

Before their time at Amyx, Inc., Keri worked as a Senior Resource Manager at St. Michael's Inc., providing manpower analysis to the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. Keri also served as a Senior Budget Analyst at Pluribus International, where they supported the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command with financial and programmatic management.

Keri's experience also includes serving as a Senior Budget Advisor at DynCorp International, where they advised the Afghan Ministry of Interior on budget and financial matters. Keri was part of the Resolute Support mission in Afghanistan and represented the United States as an advisor and technical expert.

Earlier in their career, Keri worked at JIEDDO, where they held various roles including Deputy J8/Comptroller and Deputy Chief of the Requirements and Capacity Division. Keri was responsible for managing funds and supporting joint organizations in Afghanistan.

Keri's experience also extends to the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) Support Unit, where they served as a LOGCAP Support Officer. In this role, they provided expertise and guidance in improving living conditions for US and NATO troops deployed in the RC South region.

Throughout their career, Keri Hester has demonstrated strong financial and program management skills, as well as the ability to provide strategic support to organizations in various sectors.

Keri Hester obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Technology, General from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Keri then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Finance, General from Webster University, attending from 2003 to 2004.
