Paul Grimshaw

Paul Grimshaw has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Paul served as the Program Manager at OBXtek, leading the development of the Commercial Driver's License Information System (CDLIS) Gateway Augmentation Program. Paul worked closely with the governments of Mexico and Canada to monitor and identify unsafe CDL holders across international borders.

Prior to that, they were the Director of Innovative Technologies at Innovative Solutions Group, where they managed multiple projects, including web portal development for the United States Forest Service and the Natural Resource Conservation Service. Paul also responded to RFPs, RFIs, and competitive bid processes, and oversaw the development and implementation of web portals.

Paul has also worked as an Inventory Manager/Grant Reviewer at The Road Home Program and as a PM-IT Inventory at ICF International, where they were responsible for inventory management and oversight of grant applications. In addition, they have experience as a Realtor at Weichert and as a Project Manager at Barham Construction, where they handled all aspects of residential remodeling.

Paul began their career at the UK Ministry of Defence, where they worked for over two decades.

Paul Grimshaw has a diverse education history. Paul obtained a Business and Technology Education Council (BTEC) Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business & Finance from Uxbridge Technical College. Additionally, they attended Brookland's Secondary Modern in Leighton Buzzard, England, from 1972 to 1974, though no degree or field of study was specified.
