Ruth Hughes

Ruth Hughes has a strong background in financial management and analysis, with over 17 years of experience in various roles. Ruth most recently worked at OBXtek as a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst since December 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Budget Analyst at SAF/FMBIB from October 2018 to March 2019. From September 2017 to September 2018, Ruth worked as a Senior Budget Advisor to the Ministry of Interior - Finance Afghanistan at CSTC-A. Ruth also has experience as a Budget Analyst at SAF/FMBOP from September 2016 to September 2017. Additionally, they held the position of Financial Management Analyst at the Space & Missile Center (Air Force PEO for Space) from August 2015 to September 2016. Ruth worked as a Financial Analyst at SAF/FMBOO and the Air Force Office of Budget & Management from December 2012 to August 2015. Prior to that, they served as a Financial Manager at USAFE/A7P/A4M from 2008 to 2012. Ruth started their career as a Budget Analyst at 46 TW and later served as Chief, Reserve Pay at 919 Special Ops from 2002 to 2005. Throughout their career, Ruth has demonstrated their expertise in financial management and analysis in both government and military organizations.

Ruth Hughes holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Government Contracting from Troy University. Ruth also obtained a Master's Degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies from the USAF Air Command and Staff College, which they pursued from 2014 to 2015.
