Shane Neal is a registered Mechanical Engineer with over 16 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and he leads OCI’s Dallas, TX branch. His practical field experience gives him the insight to state-of-the-art systems that are practical and energy efficient. His portfolio includes HVAC designs for educational facilities, government, and federal institutions. Shane’s experience also includes designs for hotels, restaurants, residential buildings, and LEED® accredited projects.
