Ashley Seymour

Ashley Seymour, MBA, M.A., currently serves as a Human Resources Manager at Oerlikon since September 2022, previously holding the position of Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Analyst at Hofstra University, where responsibilities encompassed developing course evaluations and analyzing student feedback for graduate nursing programs. Ashley has also worked as an Organizational Development Specialist at The Nature's Bounty Co., focusing on leadership program enhancements, and as an Organizational Development Intern at Northwell Health, supporting leadership development initiatives.
