Ritchie Phillips is a seasoned procurement and project management professional with extensive experience in the equipment and power generation sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Procurement - Equipment at Oerlikon, Ritchie has previously held significant roles such as Global Category Manager - Equipment and Capex at Straumann Group, and Head of Strategic Purchasing at KWC. With a career spanning over two decades, Ritchie’s experience includes management positions at HARMAN International and Alstom Power, focusing on sourcing, procurement, and project management in both thermal and nuclear energy contexts. Ritchie holds a Diploma in Procurement & Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, alongside diplomas in Mechanical Engineering and Production Engineering from Auckland University of Technology.
