David Lao

David Lao is currently the Executive Director at OCA GLOBAL, where they are responsible for strategic planning and management oversight. They previously held positions at OCA ICP, including Director of Operations, and served in a commercial capacity at OCA Cert. David's earlier experience includes a role as an Auditor at Ernst & Young, where they coordinated and supervised audit teams. David holds a degree in Business Administration from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and completed a General Management Program at IESE Business School.
