Juan Manuel Paleo

Juan Manuel Paleo is currently the Chief Technology Officer at OCA, a logistics and postal company in Argentina, since August 2022. Prior to this role, Juan Manuel served in various capacities within the Buenos Aires City Government, including Chief of Staff in the Subsecretary of Smart City, where responsibilities included strategic planning and operational management. As the Director of Digital Citizenship, Juan Manuel managed the development of key digital projects, notably the Chatbot Boti, a pioneering conversational assistant for city residents. Additional experience encompasses leadership roles in project management, digital governance, and customer relationship management across different organizations. Juan Manuel's educational background includes a degree in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, a diploma in Big Data from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, and a focus on systems analysis at ORT Argentina.
