Elizabeth Poole

Elizabeth Poole is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Group Accounting at Ocado Group since August 2019, Elizabeth has previously held positions such as Head of Fixed Assets and Capital Projects and Head of Commercial Finance - Platform Implementation. Prior to Ocado, Elizabeth worked at Bathstore as Head of Finance Business Partnering and held several roles at Wickes, including Senior Operations Finance Manager. Elizabeth’s earlier experience includes significant positions at Home Retail Group PLC, Barclaycard, Camden Ventures Limited, and Northamptonshire County Council. Elizabeth holds the ACMA/CGMA designation from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting and Financial Management from Loughborough University.
