Laura Gleed

Laura Gleed is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the finance sector. Currently serving as Senior Finance Manager for Finance Transformation at Ocado Group since January 2025, Laura has held multiple leadership positions at Ocado Group from May 2011 to April 2022, including Head of Finance for various sectors such as Reporting Centre of Excellence, Platform Implementation & Client Services, and Technology, Engineering, and Development. Prior experience includes significant roles at Whitbread, where Laura was Property Accounting Manager and Senior Location Strategy Analyst from May 2022 to January 2025, as well as financial reporting management at Mothercare and audit responsibilities at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Laura holds an MA in Human Sciences from the University of Oxford and is currently pursuing ICAEW qualifications.
