Melanie Bailey

Melanie Bailey is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Ocado Group since January 2014, currently serving as a Senior People Partner. In this role, Melanie partners with Operations Managers and Team Managers, supporting the strategy for various locations including Customer Fulfilment Centres and Engineering sites. Previously, Melanie conducted a 12-month secondment as HR Manager, overseeing the North region and managing 2,500 employees across seven sites while focusing on aligning people strategies with business objectives. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner and HR Advisor roles at Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions from October 2008 to December 2013. Melanie holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from De Montfort University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth, alongside an impressive academic background including 10.5 A Levels from Lutterworth Grammar School.
