Neil Shaw

Neil Shaw has over 40 years of experience in training and development, currently serving as the Head of Training and Development at Ocado since September 2009. Prior to this role, Neil was the Fleet Training & Development Manager at Ocado and worked as an Independent Training Consultant from December 2002 to August 2009. Neil's career began in the British Army, where Neil served as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer from January 1980 to December 2002, gaining extensive expertise in leadership and training methodologies.
