Tom Berry

Tom Berry serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Ocado Group since October 2025, following his role as Chief Solutions Officer at Ocado Solutions from September 2022 to November 2025, where efforts focused on enhancing the Central Partner Success function and optimizing online business growth through the Ocado Smart Platform. Previously, Tom held various positions at Ocado Technology, including Programme Management Director, responsible for the global Customer Fulfilment Centre portfolio, and Head of New CFCs - International Implementation, leading significant projects for international partners. Tom began his career at Ocado Retail, advancing from Service Delivery Project Manager to Service Delivery Spoke Manager. Tom Berry holds a degree in Logistics, Project Management, Economics, Accounting, and Transport Management from Aston University.
