Andy Wicks

Andy Wicks has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Andy started their career at UK Power Networks, where they worked as a Customer Service Consultant and Process Mapping Consultant, providing recommendations for improving customer satisfaction and designing new processes to meet regulatory obligations. Andy then joined PA Perfect Cost Grid as a Requirements Lead, managing complex system releases and ensuring client expectations were met. At UK Trade & Investment (UKTI), Andy served as a User Interface Designer and Developer, redesigning and developing user interfaces for web applications. Andy also worked at FMCG Manufacturer as a Data Capture Process Designer and Developer, Highways England as a Business Analyst, and Macmillan Cancer Support as a Business Analyst. Andy later joined Citizens Advice as a Channel Strategist, creating a channel strategy to balance service demand and resource restrictions. Andy also worked for the UK Government as a Business Analyst, gathering user requirements and supporting Agile development processes. Andy Wicks attended Aston University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing for Business. Prior to that, they studied at Wellington School in Somerset from 1995 to 2002, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
