Karol Konieczny

Karol Konieczny has a strong background in IT and software development, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Karol started their career as a Software Developer at Nokia Siemens Networks in 2008, where they worked until 2013. During this time, they also took on the role of Project Leader. In 2013, Karol joined Redknee as a Project Leader and Software Architect, where they were involved in requirement engineering, system design, and customer interactions. Karol played a key role in the Smart Pricing evolution program and participated in customer meetings as an R&D representative. Karol's most recent position is an IT Team Lead at Ocado Technology, starting in 2018.

Karol Konieczny obtained their MSc degree in Computer Science from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology between 2002 and 2008. Additionally, they obtained the CPRE Foundation Level certification for Requirements Engineering from REQB (IREB) in 2016.
