Matthew McFerran

Matthew McFerran's work experience includes a role as a BIM: Design & Coordination Team Lead at Ocado Technology starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ocado Group, where they held various roles including Lead Integration Engineer, Integration Engineer, and Associate Integrator from June 2021 to March 2023. Before joining Ocado, Matthew worked as an Architect at Penwarden Hale Architects from October 2020 to June 2021 and as a Project Architect at Frankham Consultancy Group from February 2020 to October 2020. Matthew also has experience as an Architect at BB Partnership from February 2017 to January 2020 and as an Architectural Assistant from February 2015 to February 2017. Earlier in their career, Matthew worked as an Architectural Assistant at Omega Partnership Limited, POD Architects, Alastair Macnab Architects, Whittaker & Watt Architects, and AMA enterprises. At AMA enterprises, they gained construction-related experience through a 14-month year out involvement in Liberia, West Africa.

Matthew McFerran has a diverse education history. Matthew started their educational journey with GCSE and A-Levels at Regent House Grammar School from 1993 to 2000. Matthew then pursued a HND in Built Environment at NDAIFHE from 2000 to 2002. Matthew went on to complete their Masters in Architecture at the University of Dundee from 2002 to 2009. Recently, in 2016 and 2017, they obtained their RIBA Part 3 degree in Architecture from London Metropolitan University.
