Rebecca Patten is an experienced professional in partner success and customer engagement, currently serving as a Senior Partner Success Manager at OCAS since November 2019. In this role, Rebecca manages college partner relationships, enhancing their International Admissions processes and acting as the primary advocate for their needs. Prior to OCAS, Rebecca held various positions at Lone Wolf Technologies from May 2012 to November 2019, including Partner Success Manager and Manager of Customer Engagement Operations, where efforts centered on client relationships and the implementation of customer experience strategies. Early career experiences in sales and marketing roles at Clear Path Employer Services, Shoppers Drug Mart, SECURaGLOBE Solutions, and Bingemans provided a strong foundation in customer service and operational management. Rebecca holds a Business Administration Marketing Diploma from Conestoga College and completed a Leadership program at Communitech Academy in 2021.
